Chris is truly a god send. Our 10 month old poodle/husky mix was aggressive with other dogs when there were any bones/toys around and is extremely headstrong. He could not be off of a leash because he would just run off to where ever he pleased. When we reached out to Chris he responded immediately to schedule an evaluation. When he came for the evaluation he was very straightforward and explained how his training worked and his background and answered all of our questions. In that initial evaluation he already was showing us things we were doing incorrectly and how to improve them. When he left the evaluation we knew we had found the right guy. He is honest and forthcoming and truly impressive with his knowledge. He has trained police dogs and even helps aggressive dogs in shelters who were basically told had no hope due to their aggression and certain behaviors, but Chris was able to help them. It was obvious from the first time we met him that he truly cares about helping dogs.
We chose to have Chris come to our home for training and he taught and coached us with our dog and showed us in detail all of the corrections and directions to give our dog. He took his time and showed us how we would build on each command and how to practice each step in between sessions. I took a video after 2 sessions and sent it to my family(who have had and have multiple dogs) after a couple of sessions with Chris and every response was simply “unbelievable”, because Chris is truly unbelievable. Our dog does not have to be on a leash when we take him on walks now, which is so amazing for us and him. Our dog has so much more freedom and enjoyment while also being safe because he listens when we tell him to come to us or sit/lay down in different situations. Now when he is around other dogs we feel safe knowing knowing we have a way to control his aggression.
I was walking him the other day and another dog walked by, I told our pup to lay down, while the other dog was pulling and going crazy, and I praised our pup and told him good boy and the owner of the other dog said “wow he is so good, how did you teach him that?” and I told them about Chris and passed on his information. I honestly cannot praise Chris enough and after our pup’s graduation we were sad to see Chris go.
The biggest difference with Chris is that your dog is trained to listen to and respond your voice even in the most intense/extreme situations instead of only responding when you have a treat in your hand. We are so thankful for Chris and cannot recommend him enough

My family decided to add another puppy to our family and found a Mini Australian Shepherd breeder. We picked a girl from the litter and after a few weeks we were told she was deaf. We decided to take her anyway. Once we got her home we realized having a deaf dog was a bit different. We searched the internet and read books on training her. We were able to train her to sit but then she ran out the house one day. Scariest day ever! We knew after that she needed professional training. Chris came highly recommended from a friend and we are so happy with the results. Our puppy, Sammi Rose, can now walk without a lease and knows many commands. We no longer worry about her running out the house or away from us anymore. It was truly the best decision we made!

We started in-home training with Chris when our puppy was 4 months old and what a great experience it has been! Remi has learned how to be a great listener and such a well behaved puppy! Chris is truly sensational- he understands and bonded so well with our girl- a fantastic trainer and a great guy! Thanks, Chris!

Chris’ training abilities are second to none. We opted for the boarding option for training our almost 5 year old shepherd/lab mutt, Louie. While rescuing him as a puppy he always seemed to pick up new tricks and commands, but would only listen to us when he chose to. Our biggest item that we wanted to correct is his energy level and how excitable he’d get when we had guests over. And after two short weeks, we still can’t get over the work that Chris was able to do. Truly night and day.
We would most certainly recommend him to friends, family, strangers, etc. Our only regret is not having done this sooner. Can’t thank Chris enough for making such an impact on our family!

Raising a German Shepherd puppy in a large apartment building in the city is really different than caring for an other dog with a big yard in the suburbs! What were we thinking?! After countless YouTube videos, local puppy preschool classes, and puppy daycare we were desperate for someone to give us a serious leg up with obedience training to help our sharp little girl. At 5 months old - she needed more guidance than we were equipped to offer. After a search online we found Chris Park. We were skeptical about all the 5 star reviews - on numerous sites! Desperation trumped our skepticism and we called Chris. In a matter of minutes we had scheduled a time that he would come visit us for an evaluation of our pup`s lifestyle and our [lack] of training & commanding abilities. Chris was incredibly respectful, yet direct in giving feedback on the things that were not helpful to our pup. He is a true dog-whisperer. It was amazing. We were sold and we sent her to his 2 week boarding program for all the basics and more.
It was hard not being able to see our pup for 2 weeks and wonder if she`d be a different doggy from our sweetie pie - Nope! All fears aside, it was the best money spent and the best thing we could have done for our girl. During the time she was away, Chris and his assistant sent us updates and videos. We were in absolute amazement at her progress. We got our girl back the week of the pandemic shut down - the first one back in March 2020. We were taught all the commands and how to properly give them and reinforce them. Chris came back for a follow-up and then our next few sessions were by FaceTime, as the pandemic raged on. That was almost 1 year ago!
Our girl is just over a year old and doing great. Who knew she would be our saving grace through such dark national and global crisis. She hikes with us every day [off-leash] and gets flurries of complements on her manners and behavior. She obediently pulls off trail and sits at our side to allow other hikers to pass by - gently smiling in her regal stature. We cannot thank Chris enough for what he gave to us - the ability to have a great relationship with our dog. We tell every dog owner we run into about Chris after they glorify our girl`s good behavior. Chris deserves every 5 star and so much more. You`ll love him too!

Chris and his assistant London were terrific to work with. We had a dog that pulled while walking on the leash, chewed on the rug and pillows, and never came when called. After two weeks with Chris we are now confident walking her off leash, even in a busy area, my decorative pillows can live on the couch again, and she comes running every time we say come here. I’d highly recommend Chris Park K9!

There are not enough words to describe how truly amazing Chris is and how much we enjoyed working with him, as did our dog Nyla! We had gotten Nyla, 4 month old Husky/Pitbull mix, early in the year and she was FULL of energy as Huskies are. We started a basic dog training course, which did not seem to be helping much, as she did not listen to commands, she could not be off leash, as she would take off, she pulled, she would be over hyper, nip, and bite. We then discovered that we were going to be expecting our first child and had no control over this new member of our family. I began to panic thinking there was no way we could have both. I found Chris, and the same day he called me right back when I told him about our situation and we talked through EVERYTHING. He guaranteed me that everything would be okay, and we could add both new members to our family. We sent Nyla for 2 weeks with Chris. The moment we met him in person we knew she was going to be well taken care of & loved, but disciplined at the same time. I was afraid of leaving my dog with a stranger, but we left with no reservations. I am so thankful to say when we got her back she was way beyond what we expected, and had not lost 1 spunk of her personality. She was still the same dog, but respected her boundaries and commands now. Chris left us with all of the tools we needed to succeed, and Nyla has been doing amazing ever since! She can be completely off leash, her bad habits are broken, she even learned how to walk with a stroller once the baby gets here! Chris is truly a wonderful person and INCREDIBLE at what he does. He is so easy to work with and has become a part of our family. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and will be sending any and all of our future fur babies to him. He is not just a dog trainer, but someone who will help you for life. We have called and texted multiple times when we needed assistance on corrections and certain behaviors, and he has always been there to take our call. If you are looking for a dog trainer, stop looking and send them to Chris! You will not be disappointed. He treats all of his dogs like family and truly wants your family to be happy and succeed as well. Thank you Chris!! - Sandra, Jack, & Nyla :)

I just want to say if you are looking for a dog trainer who will get the job done look no further. I have a 6 month old german shepherd who had behavioral issues and even as a puppy it was difficult . he would bite continually, he barked from morning till night, hated to go to the vets, hated going in the car. After several trainers and wasted money i was given the name Chris Park, i called him and i really needed some serious help he told me to bring the dog to his home on Monday and the dog would go through a 2 week training period. I agreed to let Chris take the dog. After I picked my dog up first I thought I got the wrong dog !!! Well all I can say is it was a miracle to how well behaved my puppy was and such a joy to have him. Waste no time looking and searching for a trainer and only to find out how much time and money you really did waste!!! call the Master of Dog Training Chris Park.
